This free 6 week after school program will teach children learn healthy habits in fun and creative ways. Our focus is mind, heart and body! Be a part of this exciting after school adventure every Wednesday from 6:30p - 8:30pm this Fall! This program is designed for ages 5-12. We will incorporate lessons and activities to encourage moving our bodies, thinking with our minds, creating with our hands and growing our hearts! Topics include: Exercise, Yoga/Stretching, 5 Food Groups, Making Friends, Study Tips and more. All of our lessons are adapted to this age group. All of our adult and teen volunteers have years of experience working with children. This is our 3rd year for this very successful program. Any questions?
