15-mile bike ride on Courtney Campbell Causeway This is a "go at your own pace" Bike Ride from One end of the causeway and back! If you want to add in some planks, push up's, burpees, squats and or anything else that you feel like, Go for it! Plan is to meet, stretch out a little, exercise, enjoy each others company and especially enjoy the sunrise & beautiful area where we live!
