GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION To maintain a clean, sanitary, comfortable and tidy environment for either private households or commercial establishments. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas ( dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc.) Bending, lifting, and reaching. Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities. Follow company policies, cleaning procedures and dress codes. Traveling between job locations. Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects. Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs. Making adjustments and minor repairs. Effective communication with management and co-workers. Follow all health and safety regulations. Maintain a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service. MINOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Attends organization team meetings. Leads or participates with team members on weekly/monthly marketing activities. Promote Add-on services to customers. Maintain an inventory of supplies. Obtain new customers, and receive great rewards. Respond to customers queries and requests with a friendly and helpful demeanor. Acknowledge and greet customers with a warm, friendly greeting. Be a team leader/player to get the job done correctly.
