CAMP NEW YEAR- A Family Friendly Overnight Camping Event There's nothing quite like NYE spent outdoors-especially with family. If you're looking for a perfect family- friendly event on 15 acres outdoors, this is just the overnight NYE event for you. The Ticket is $300 for entry of up to 4 guests. Tickets are limited to 22 campsites! Reserve yours today! What's included: Assembled Tent, Campfire Meal, Activities, Prizes, Common Area Campfire, Music Entertainment (DJ), Sparklers, Common Area Restrooms, Common Area Cottage with screened-in porch, Pastries, Fruit & OJ on New years Day WHERE: MONARCH COUNTRY RETREAT 18930 SE 23rd Place, Morriston FL 32668 Event Itinerary: Check- in 12/31 @ 3pm 3pm-5:30 pm Prepare your campsite to win the award and cash prize of $100 for the most unique decorated campsite. Your provided tent will be setup by us prior to your arrival. All you and your family need to do is decorate your campsite in the most unique way possible. Campsite Judging begins at 5:30 pm 6pm Dinner @ the Community Campfire. Your family will be provided with 1 hotdog per person, 1 bag of chips per person, 2 full size chocolate bars, 4 marshmallows & Graham Crackers for Smores. Please feel free to bring additional food to cook . We do suggest bringing a propane grill for anything that can't be cooked over the common area campfire. 8pm-10pm Glow in the Dark Scavenger Hunt. Prize $100 The Countdown begins @ 11:00pm We will give each family sparklers. You can also bring additional sparklers. No Fireworks permitted New Years Day 8-Noon Continential Breakfast of Pastries, Fruits, Coffee, Water & OJ REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY CANCELLATIONS/CHANGES MUST BE MADE NO LATER THAN 5:00 PM ON DECEMBER 20, 2019. ALL CANCELLATIONS MADE AFTER THESE SPECIFIED TIMES WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT OF THE RESERVATION. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN AFTER DECEMBER 20, 2020. CHECK-IN December 31, 2020 @ 3pm CHECK-OUT January 1, 2021 @ 1 pm --Feel free to sleep in late but please vacate by 1 pm TICKETS Each ticket allows entry of 4 guests There will only be 22 campsites sold for this event. The event will allow 88 guests in total. PARKING Parking is limited to 1 car per ticket. You will be guided to your parking spot upon arrival. CAMPSITES Campsites will be assigned upon your group's arrival. Each campsite comes equipped with an assembled tent for 4 people. Each campsite area measures 20x20. Campsites are walk- in campsites. NO FIRES allowed at individual campsites. You may use propane There are no electrical hookups at the campsites Please be courteous and respectful to your neighbors. Treat others as you want to be treated. Be a good neighbor and responsible members of the camping community by following so simple guidelines: refrain from drunken bad behavior, inappropriate disposal of cigarette butts, safely use your propane, monitor your pets while respecting people that may be allergic or not want to have their site invaded by your pet. DO NOT remove your tent from the campsite. The tents are to remain at the campsite. SMOKING Smoking is allowed please dispose of your cigarettes in an appropriate manner. Respect others and nature. COMMON AREA The cottage has 2 entrances. The cottage is open to all attendees to share as a common area. No smoking is allowed in the cottage. No sleeping in the cottage. Yes you may turn on the propane fire pit outside of the property (First Come First Serve) Yes you may use the propane grill at the cottage (First Come First Serve) DOGS Dogs are allowed on the property. Dogs must be on a leash at all times. Animal waste must be picked up by the owner of the dog. Waste must be disposed of in your individual pet waste bag and placed in the trash receptacle. Please only bring your dog if it behaves well around other dogs and will be able to handle the music. Monitor your pets while respecting people that may be allergic or not want to have their site invaded by your pet. Beverages Campers are welcome to bring any beverages they choose. We allow alcohol as long as the camper is 21 years old. Please refrain from drunken bad behavior. ITEMS WE SUGGEST BRINGING Beverages Ice Blowup Mattress Sleeping Bags Pillows Plates Cups Silverware Cookware Lighting Decor for your campsite Sticks to cook your hotdog and marshmallow on the campfire Chairs Hand & Toe Warmers (just in case it's a little chilly) OUR GOAL Is to make sure everyone has an amazing time. If you are hindering anyone's good time by not following the above guidelines we reserve the right to ask any camper to vacate the premises.
