Press release from the City of Sugar Land: October 27, 2021 The southbound lane of Lexington Blvd adjacent to the AMC theater will be undergoing construction for pavement repairs beginning Thursday, October 28, 2021 and continue for 2-3 days. Additionally, the Kempner Street Bridge will be will be undergoing construction for bridge, pavement and sidewalk repairs beginning Saturday, October 30, 2021 and continue for 2-3 days. Residents are asked to be mindful of work crews, expect traffic delays, and when possible, avoid the area to prevent traffic congestion.
