Reports To: Project Manager Job Overview: Responsible for running day to day activities onsite, managing their crew, ordering trucking and being in direct communication with PM’s for needs, questions and scope changes. Responsible for site safety and making sure the job is running efficiently. Responsibilities and Duties: ● Material forms ● Collecting and submitting truck tickets ● Completing green folders ● As-built drawing draft ● Ordering trucking/additional material by 1:00 ● Site safety ● Field authorization forms ● Site clean up ● Check material orders ● communicating with with PM’s ● Commitment to timelines ● Clock in and out of tasks daily ● Attend lead meetings ● Responsible for assisting with all roles onsite Qualifications: ● Ability to use ○ Work Max ○ Google Calendar ○ Email ● Good communication skills ● Ability to work well with others ● Good time management skills ● Ability to read plans ● Ability to set grades ● Ability to manage people
