Development Company in need of solid Construction leads for sites all over the King County but currently Renton and Seattle. Immediate openings for new team members! Responsibilities: Set up of jobs sites Skilled onsite physical labor Day to day project oversight Training of construction techs and laborers Pick ups and deliveries of materials Drive dump trailer Loading & Unloading of materials Renovation skills including drywall repairs and install, electrical and plumbing trim installs, millwork Plumbing, Electrical or Carpentry trade knowledge Qualifications: Valid drivers license w/clean driving record Reliable transportation Ability to lift 50lbs Ability to pass Background and Drug Screening Must be able to be on time and communicate with Project Managers Must be able to follow directions and work independently at all times Positive Attitude Job Type: Full-time Salary: $35 an hour DOE License: Driver's License
