Seeking an energetic and self-motivated part time (20-24 hours/week) Facility Manager for a Seattle Mid-Rise 105 Unit Condominium Community.
Prior Facility Management experience is REQUIRED; prior Condominium Facility Management experience is preferred.
Typical Duties include:
- Common area maintenance/cleaning & site inspections
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors
- Maintain inventory of supplies and tools
- Seasonal pool/year-round spa maintenance
- Communicate with homeowners in a professional manner
- Work effectively with Board of Directors and Property Manager
- Other duties
as assigned
The ideal candidate will have strong working knowledge of mid-rise building operations. Excellent communication and basic computer skills are a must. Salary DOE.
