Carra is a 1 1/2 year old american shorthair. She's hard to catch, energetic, and vocal. She is crossed eyed, and she left the house with a bright green reflective collar. She was NOT CHIPPED yet, which makes this more terrifying for sure. She was last seen at Armour Elementary.
