The Rising Stars Theatre Co. presents the musical Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat. A tale that follows the journey of a dreamer, Joseph the son of Jacob and one of twelve brothers. He is given a coat of many colors by his father which is symbolic of his favor and an object of his brother’s jealousy. Add a Pharaoh who looks like Elvis, 12 singing and dancing brothers, talented children, remarkable narrators and Joseph himself makes this tuneful and colorful show Performances are: November 5, 6, 7, 12, 13, 14. Fridays and Saturdays at 7:30 pm and Sundays at 2:00 pm at West Leyden H.S. Auditorium, 1000 N. Wolf Rd. Northlake, IL. 60164 (Main entrance #2). Tickets are $22 for adults and $20 for seniors 65 and up and children 14 and under. Tickets can be purchased on line at www.risingstarschicago.com. Please call for more information.
