CBS Dallas/Fort Worth October 27, 2021 A U.S. district judge sentenced a Nocona, Texas man Wednesday, Oct. 27 to 30 years in federal prison for preying on a boy when he was a minor. Ricky Dale Howard, 59, was named a person of interest in the 2015 disappearance of an 18-year-old. In July, just hours after the court declared a mistrial due to juror injury, Howard pleaded guilty to sexual exploitation of a child.
