The Chevy Silverado was traveling north on 135th Street West and the train was traveling east on the center track.   The operator of the Chevy Silverado, Ana Hirai Guerrero-Dominguez (36) of Maize, died at the scene.   This press release was produced by the Sedgwick County Kansas Sheriff's Office.
