Hi! I'm Cassandra owner of Buzz & Bangs salon located off interstate 580/680 in San Ramon. I have a two chair salon suite and will be renting out my second station 3 days a week. It is great for an independent hairstylist or barber with a current clientele and licensing. The space could also wotk for lash and brow technicians with proper licensing. You will have 24/7 access to the the suite and privacy to run your own business in an already established suite. The suite includes drapes and towels, there is laundry on site. As well as free Wifi.  $240 a week for 3 days.  Minimum 6 month contrat.
