Ocean Avenue Property Services is a company that specializes in construction of flipping houses. We are looking for team members who want a full-time job and will work together to complete these projects. We offer $1000 paid weekly and car compensation (if a property is outside the normal boundaries) of $25 per day. Work schedule is as follows: Monday-Friday 8am-4pm Every house consists of new laminate, paint, cabinets, countertops, appliances, retiling bathrooms, changing light fixtures, changing outlets and if needed roofing, a/c, windows, and plumbing Working at Ocean Avenue Property Services involves the following responsibilities: 1. Experience in painting 2. Experience in laying laminate 3. Experience in tiling 4. Know how to try and learn new things 5. Ability to use a smart phone If you have experience in replacing windows, roofs, plumbing, a/c, or electrical that is a big plus. You must have your own tools.
