JOLIET, IL — A 22-year-old Joliet man who lives in the 400 block of West Bellarmine Drive faces charges of aggravated domestic battery after Joliet police say Kimani Johnson tried to strangle a woman from Middletown, Ohio on Monday.
Will County prosecutors have charged Johnson with two counts of aggravated battery and one count of domestic battery. Johnson knows the victim, according to court documents.
