Looking for help with general construction labor. Most of the homes are higher-end and require a good appearance, attitude and so forth. Really don’t care too much if you don’t have much experience in residential construction. Want someone that will show up every day, work hard and is positive to work around. Starting pay varies. Potential to have more responsibly and make quite a bit more after some solid performance.
