Pastry Cook/ Baker Phyllodelphia Greek and Mediterranean - West Chester, PA Part Time- Make your own hours.  We are looking for Part-time, Full Time or even just Holiday Seasonal Help. Phyllodelphia Greek and Mediterranean is in need of assistance with our pastry/baking items. We're looking for an individual who will be responsible for helping prepare the food for the existing menu. Formal Culinary training and ServSafe certification are preferred, but we will train the right candidate. RESPONSIBILITIES WOULD INCLUDE: Mix, bake and package all baked goods Prep and make batters and doughs Work with our tight-knit team, maintain a clean and safe work environment, execute tasks with consistency. Follow daily and weekly production lists Experience + Qualifications: At least one year of professional kitchen experience is preferred. Be a part of a team, but also able to handle projects independently. Must be reliable and dependable. Must have reliable transportation to and from the commercial kitchen location in West Chester, PA. Must be able to follow instructions well and work independently. Should have strong attention to detail and can succeed in a fast-paced environment. Growth Potential Duties will include: Food preparation in the commercial kitchen Working with various commercial kitchen equipment.
