Band seeks tech/stagehand/general helper for shows

Our band occasionally plays shows in and around the Sacramento area. We're looking for someone who knows how to: - set up equipment (for instance, someone with experience as a guitar tech or roadie), including PAs, pedalboards, etc. - act as a sound engineer in cases where the venue doesn't have its own sound engineer, - help in other ways such as run merch (help to sell T-shirts and such at the shows) - take photos of the band during the performance and handle any equipment issues that arise during the show. It would involve carrying some heavy equipment such as amps and the like during loading/unloading. Must be passionate about live original music! Open to any reasonable offers, such as a flat fee or an hourly fee. Thanks.
