The partnership increases Savant's Midwest footprint and marks the second definitive purchase agreement this summer. The acquisition of Michigan-based AMDG Financial and AMDG Business Advisory Services closed on June 30th. Treybourne Wealth Planners, an approximately $321 million firm, has an office in Greenwood, Indiana, and offers customized wealth management, investment management, and retirement and tax planning services throughout Indiana and across multiple states. Founding Principal Martin Armbruster and Principal Stephanie Willison will join Savant's group of member owners. The 26 specialists who make up Savant's Wealth Strategy Team will greatly expand Treybourne Wealth's ability to assist clients beyond the core area of investment management and retirement planning, including portfolio design, tax planning, estate and wealth transfer planning, and trust services.
