We are looking for a beginner level/hobbyist DJ for upcoming events including a wedding on 12/5/2021 in Geneva, FL from 5:00 PM - 9:15 PM with about 50 people. DJ would need to provide a couple of speakers, a mic, a mixer, and music as well as all associated audio and power cables and some basic announcements. You would need to arrive before 5pm to begin setting to ensure that you are fully set up and ready to go by 5pm. You would perform until 9:15pm before you can start tearing down. Business casual is the requested attire. There will be a wide age range of guests. Looking a fun mix of music spanning multiple decades and genres similar to The ceremony and reception will all be outside. Cover, and power are provided for the DJs gear. All in the same location so there will be no need to move equipment after the ceremony. No lighting is needed for this wedding but possibly for future gigs. We specialize in working with up-and-coming DJs starting out who already have some equipment and would like to work with an agency to help get them paid work while gaining experience and exposure. Why not make some money with the gear you already own, right? For DJs starting out, we pay $12.50 per 15 minutes / $25 per 1/2 hour / $50 per hour. We also pay an extra $50 if lighting is needed. We also pay an extra $25 if a wireless mic is needed. If you offer karaoke, we would pay another $100 if that is needed for an event. The payout for this event is $212.50 cash upon arrival for the 4.25 hours. The client will pay you directly, not us.
