Press release from the City of Raleigh: Oct 26, 2021 Raleigh Parks has made the difficult decision to cancel Holiday Express for 2021. Raleigh Parks Director Oscar Carmona shares the announcement in this video(link is external). The Holiday Express event at Pullen Park is one that we look forward to every year.  The event requires an incredible number of staff and volunteers to run successfully.  Unfortunately, we are not at a staffing level this year to provide our guests with an exceptional experience.  We are hard at work planning other ways to bring you holiday cheer!   Please follow @RaleighParks on social media or visit parks.raleighnc.gov to stay updated on the latest programs and events.
