Band seeking low cost rehearsal space in the LBC

Good day to all! 4pc. band based in Long Beach seeks a regular ( weekly ) rehearsal space ( decent size room or warehouse ) for band practices. An ideal venue would be a business facility that closes by 7pm and 24hr video surveillance....and perhaps enough space to store drums, guitar amps and a pa system. We are all responsible adults with good jobs but we'd rather not pay the standard rates for professional studios or lockout rehearsal rooms. Please let us know if you can help!
