Handymen, Tradesmen, and Laborers Needed

JEMCO Properties is a rapidly growing real estate and remodeling company with an immediate need for contract, part-time, and full-time handymen, carpenters, drywallers/painters, and estimators to join us. JEMCO is a construction and real estate investment company built on integrity and treating people right. MUST have the following: - Valid drivers’ license. Most work will be located within 5-10 mi of either Hagerstown, MD, OR Silver Spring, MD depending on applicant preference, but must be willing to travel up to 25mi on occasion. Travel over 50mi per day would be unlikely and potentially reimbursable. Candidates SHOULD have some or most of following qualifications: • 5+ years’ experience in remodeling, light finish carpentry, tile work, plumbing and/or electrical fixture installation. • Excellent verbal communication skills. Working English proficiency required. • Comfortable with technology and use of smartphone apps and MS Excel. • Comfortable talking to customers and tenants, working independently, and leading a project. • Able to provide own truck/van and basic tools.
