Replacing an above ground natural gas line

Our gas was leaking and they capped it off.The line was underground, but needs to be installed above ground in conduit.Must use a black steel pipe and have experience with piping and gas.It will need an adapter fitting and needs ran about 15 feet maybe a little less.No digging will be required and the gas guy showed me how he wants it ran.I will need to spray it will soapy water once connected to verify no leaking before you will be paid.The gas guy also lives right down the road and said he will come inspect it while it's being installed for free.I will pay for all the materials and $100 labor to you.
