Urgently hiring. Description LifeROOTS is a non-profit organization that provides Early Intervention services to families of children from birth to 3 who have, or are at risk of, a developmental disability or delay and adults with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities in the Albuquerque and Rio Rancho areas. This position will perform routine custodial activities to include vacuuming floors, sweeping and mopping floors and general cleaning duties. Various locations for the custodian position to include Kirtland Airforce Base, Water Authority, RMTC, city of Albuquerque, Menaul office, and Rio Ranch office. There is also a variety of shifts to include, part-time, full-time and some night shifts. The essential skills and experienced needed for this position are: • HS diploma/GED • One year of custodial experience • Detail oriented Ideal candidate will possess: • Friendly and pleasant demeanor with can-do attitude • Strong customer service focus • Flexibility • Willingness to learn and take on new tasks • Coachable • Ability to take responsibility and own duties • Ability to work well cooperatively and independently • Ability to manage time and prioritize work Conditions of Employment: • Fingerprints and background check. • Must be at least 18 years of age.
