Me and my guitarist buddy jam songs we know and work on original music together each Saturday. My house has a jam area in the basement that we were making into a studio. We are into many styles of music beyond metal as well. For metal, we enjoy bands like Opeth, Archspire, Between the Buried and Me, Agalloch, Amon Amarth, Necrophagist, and many others.
