Need the following done at a property I am managing: 1)Replace 16'X8' double car garage door to include installation equipment. This doesn't require replacement of any hardware line rolling, track etc as that should already be there. Realistically you will need a helper for this part. 2) Remove and replace 14 linear feet of damaged aluminum fascia from the exterior rear side of the property. Also you will be responsible for dumping the scrap aluminum, estimated at 1 cubic yard. 3) Consolidate/move all exterior furniture and personal property to the garage to allow for a proper grass cut. 4) Replace electric panel cover 5) Cut overgrown grass, the lot is about 1/2 an acre and grass is estimated to be 30+" high 6) Cap 3/4" Water Line 7) Interior debris removal, about 2 cubic yards of expired food and bathroom toiletries 8) Cover dryer vent I will cover the cost of all materials, offering $750, should be maximum a 2 day job with 2 guys. You will need to have your own tool and lawn mower. This is a bank owned property, it takes about 3 days to review the work to get you paid, you must be ok with waiting for that.
