I manage a property where the electrical cage needs to be removed and inspected where wires come into the house - the main wires on soffit and two uncapped wires where furnace has been installed to make sure everything is to code. This is a bank owned property so the completed work will have be approved by the bank before I can pay, that takes about 3 business days after the job is complete, there's nothing I can do about that. I can offer $25 for the initial property inspection and $215 for the job for a total of $240.
