Bassist at Pitt looking for a band

I'm a freshman at Pitt and looking for a band. Back home, I played bass and sang backup vocals in a cover band primarily focusing on new wave (The Police, XTC) and alt rock (The Strokes, Arctic Monkeys, REM, The Killers, The Smiths), but I personally like playing indie, soul, funk, hip-hop, and pop as well. I'm down to do another cover band or make original music (or some combination of the two) in any of the genres listed above, so hmu
