As Warehouse Support, you will help maintain the flow of incoming materials as well as outgoing products. You will also possess knowledge of various warehouse machinery and equipment such as pallet jackets, forklifts, etc. Perform all forklift/inventory duties. Must be able to work a flexible schedule. **PLEASE APPLY USING THE LINK BELOW** Duties and Responsibilities Executes essential daily warehouse tasks including: Continuous organization and optimization of warehouse space to increase efficiency and safety Cycle count, verify and maintain inventory records as needed Report safety and quality concerns regarding warehouse facility, equipment, and inventory to manager Fulfill orders, facilitate with the intake and outtake of product: Safely move and stack materials Keep production lines supplied with empty containers and packaging materials as needed Offload and receive inventory via deliveries and help load outbound shipments onto trucks for transportation Intake all orders and ensure deliveries make it to their destination Transport palletized products and goods to storage racks while applying knowledge of spatial relations Work cross-departmentally with Production, Operations, Finance, and Fulfillment teams to ensure warehouse activities are aligned with company goals and business requirements Maintain a clean, organized, safe work area for yourself and other employees Perform proper forklift inspections and follow forklift operating guidelines and procedures. Ensure proper storage of all facility consumables and products are in compliance Ability to work well with others in high-pressure situations with a sense of urgency Effectively communicate information and respond to questions/suggestions from various levels within the company Other duties as assigned by supervisors Qualifications At least 1 year of related experience and/or training in food production, packaging or kitchen environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Forklift Certified, or ability to become certified Computer Experience Good Judgement and ability to follow protocol Active Oregon Liquor Control Commission (OLCC) Marijuana Worker Permit. Willing to submit to a background check Must be able to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and written. Possess basic mathematical skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication and division State regulations require all applicants must be 21 years of age or older Wyld requires all employees to be vaccinated for COVID-19. This position will require the successful candidate to show proof that they are in the process of being fully vaccinated by their start date As a non-exempt employee, you'll receive a competitive hourly rate of $18-22/hr., overtime, Paid Holidays, PTO and fully paid health, dental and vision insurance.
