The Bu Kombucha - Temporary Portland area Brand Ambassador Position I am looking to hire a team of temp. BAs to help me giveaway 1000+ free cans! We are looking to stimulate trial of our newly repackaged Kombucha! We will be handing out free cases to local area business, non-profits, or groups who could benefit from the product or healthy hydration (i.e. Fitness studios). I have routes pre planned with aiming to hand out 15-20 cases a day starting as the end of next week into the weekend :) Fun project and hope that these in-kind donations of product can also help out the community. Position Overview: Hours and number of days could vary and are flexible to your schedule; weekend work is necessary to the role. Hourly rate starts at 20/hr. at least a $200+ per BA for this project (looking for a team of 3) ● Perform a variety of marketing-related tasks in designated market, according to project requests ● Generate brand excitement - have a constant enthusiastic attitude and a "be the brand" mindset ● Transport samples and event assets to public and private venues General Qualifications: ● Must live in the Portland area and have knowledge of the area ● 1 year of relevant experience in events, promotions, and consumer products marketing preferred but not required ● Strong networking and relationship building skills; energetic, motivated, outgoing, competitive and embraces the brand ● Ability to take direction well and contribute insights and knowledge gained in the field -- your opinion matters! ● Capable computer skills – specifically knowledge in Microsoft Office programs, Google Calendar, Google Docs, adequate email communication skills ● Must have a smart phone with ability to take/upload/identify photos ● Reliable car. Valid state issued driver’s license with clean driving record are required ● Must be able to lift/ carry a minimum of 30 lbs. load, set up, execute and tear down promotional items ● Resourcefulness to improvise and creatively solve problems on the fly ● Report back to Field Marketing Manager during and after each scheduled event including onsite photos and post-event completion of recap form
