Property Management Company Hiring for Part-time Maintenance Engineer. *Candidate must have their own reliable transportation to travel between properties as needed, you will be reimbursed for mileage. Properties are located in King and Pierce County, from North Seattle to Tacoma. BACKGROUND WE ARE LOOKING FOR: ✩2+ Years' experience in Facility maintenance, building trades, or equivalent course work ✩Basic Computer Skills (Microsoft Office products including Outlook, or ability to learn new preventative maintenance and job scheduling programs) ✩Working knowledge of property maintenance and have there own tools to complete routine tasks. ✩Knowledge and experience working with a variety of power and hand tools. ✩Basic understanding of carpentry, cabinetry, painting, and drywall, plumbing and electrical. ✩Team player with the ability to work effectively and diplomatically with site personnel and supervisors in fast-paced work environments. ✩The ability to troubleshoot and solve problems WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS: ✩ WA State Driver's license. ✩Verbal and written communication skills. ✩Flexibility in work schedule ✩ Applicants must pass criminal background check
