Organize, clean, and maintain all areas of the food storage/warehouse. Work with Operations manager and cooks in the organization of planned meals. Keep all walkways and aisles in food storage/warehouse clear of trip hazards for safety reasons. Always use HACCP practices. Schedule and report basic vehicle fleet maintenance. Recognize and report other needed vehicle repairs as they arise. Drive to scheduled and unscheduled donation pick-up sites in a timely manner. This might include local retailers, other area food banks, and occasional private donors. Greet all donors in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner. Follow a designated dress code/ TSA Shirts will be provided. Always wear closed-toe and skid-proof footwear. Work closely and oversee volunteers and court-ordered community service applicants who will from time to time assist in day-to-day duties. Carry out all other duties as assigned
