We are seeking experienced kitchen helpers & wait staff for October 30, 2021, event in Fairfax, CA.
Day of responsibilities for Kitchen Helper may include:
• Prepare a variety of food items for cooking.
• Wash, peel, and/or cut food items, including fruits, vegetables, or certain types of meats.
• Mix ingredients.
• Weigh or measure ingredients (e.g., flour, salt, sugar, oil).
• Stack and store food supplies, equipment, or other utensils in the kitchen.
• Wipe down kitchen surfaces using proper sanitizers.
• Clean any used kitchenware (e.g., knives) or dishes.
• Mop or sweep the kitchen floor, and collect dirt and debris in a dustpan.
• Empty out the dustpan in the garbage or squeeze out the mop into a bucket.
• Take out trash bags from the kitchen.
• May perform other tasks that are assigned from time to time
Our ideal Kitchen Helper candidates:
Food handlers’ card would be a plus.
At least 3 years of kitchen and dishwashing experience required.
Generous compensation of $20.00 per hour with a 4-hour minimum shift. Time will approx 4pm until 10:30pm.
Day of responsibilities for Wait Staff may include:
• Plating food
• Serving food & wine
• Bussing tables
• General set up prior to and clean up at the conclusion of the event
• May perform other tasks that are assigned from time to time
Our ideal Wait Staff candidates:
Food handlers’ card would be a plus.
At least 1 year of banquet or wait staff experience required.
Generous compensation of $25.00 per hour with a 4-hour minimum shift. Time will approx 4pm until 10:30pm.
Must wear black non-slip work shoes & plain black slacks.
Long hair must be tied back into a ponytail.
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary
Kitchen Helper Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
