Description
El Segundo based shop is seeking skilled carpenters, preferably with theatrical/film/television set building experience. Duties include building props, scenery and display items from wood, acrylic, steel, and aluminum from detailed drawings in a fast-paced environment. Employee will be working as a contractor through a third party staffing company.
Experience using table saws, radial arm saws, routers, staple guns and a variety of hand tools.
General requirements:
Must own/use basic personal tool kit.
Experience driving a box truck preferred.
Will need to perform moderate lifting.
Drug testing and a background check is required for this position.
Will need to start ASAP.
This is an on-site position only.
Candidates will be required to be fully vaccinated at least two week prior starting work.
