He is our 2 year old indoor cat frosty; he is neutered and litter trained. We can no longer care for him because he requires a lot of attention and we just had a child, he is hyperactive and very sensitive to loud noises and has a fear of being outside for too long. He can go outside as long as the door stays open or else he’ll try bolting inside if you try to shut out his only access. He does have a flea collar that was purchased a few months ago and he currently doesn’t have any fleas. He may need a few shots but I won’t be charging a rehoming fee because I’d prefer that to be spent on him.
