Open Position: Team Leader / Precast Foreman: An ideal candidate has strong mechanical aptitude, carpentry skills, and 3 years experience as a working foreman in a high quality, concrete or construction environment. Summary of Responsibilities: * Lead, manage and hold your team accountable for achieving agreed-upon commitments * Responsible to drive improvements in Safety, First time quality, and labor efficiency * Oversee Form work, Rebar Placement, Batch Plant Operation, Casting and Quality Control. * Daily upkeep of our Scheduled processes and performance tracking of Key Performance Indicators (KPI) * Responsibility includes being assigned to other lines to assist with operation, depending on fluctuating needs during the peak and off-peak seasons.
