B & L Roofing is a family owned and operated roofing company based out of Lakewood, Colorado. We have been providing service to homeowners and builders for over 40 years. We service all of Denver and the surrounding areas. With business being so busy lately, we are looking to add a few more Service technicians to our team to help us with current and upcoming projects. Our industry is ESSENTIAL, this means that you do not have to worry about layoffs due to COVID, as we never run out of work. We are looking for Roof Technicians that enjoy working outside, self-starter attitude, driven, friendly and motivated. We have an A+ rating with the BBB and 5- star rating on google, Angi and Yelp with great customer reviews. Recommended contractors by Atlas Shingles, IKO Roofing, Versico & Mulehide. Primary Responsibilities: - Meeting with builders and taking care of any issues that come up - Frequent customer interaction with homeowners during re-roofs - Performing repairs to roofs, including working with or around siding, gutters - Providing outstanding customer service - Documenting all work performed in CRM - Must be willing to learn, open to new suggestions and constructive criticism - Must be willing to create a bond with our customers. We do not just build roofs, we build relationships - Contributing to a positive and productive work environment! - Inspect and repair commercial roofing systems (TPO, PVC, EPDM, etc.) & Residential roofing systems Preferred Qualifications: - Strong attention to detail - Organized work ethic that allows for critical thinking and problem solving - Ability to work well alone in the field - A positive approach to troubleshooting - Must be comfortable with heights - Knowledge of different roof systems required - Must be familiar or have experience with basic roof repairs and willing to learn (flat, tile, shingle & metal roofing systems) - Bi-lingual a plus - Clean driving record - Must have smart phone and ability to document repairs and issues - Must be able to lift 50 lbs. regularly, repeated bending, climbing, kneeling
