General Summary: Effectively travel to various customer locations and perform installations and the required services needed to ensure the proper operation of our water purification units. To work as a cohesive team with the customer and fellow employees installing, troubleshooting, and servicing equipment. Manage daily activities of technicians to ensure the efficient operation of the branch location. Report required information to Operations Manager as requested. Duties and Responsibilities: • Install water purification equipment • Maintain company delivery vehicle – service, fuel, appearance • Monitor inventory levels • Maintain and organize all company issued tools • Learn effective proper service and installation procedures • Complete installations to company standards • Perform service and regular maintenance on water purification equipment • Provide consistent and complete customer service • Advance knowledge through training and completion of certification testing • Maintain clean and organized – warehouse, setup area, customer work site • Complete proper paper work at all times • Effectively manage expenses – installs, vehicle, warehouse, fuel • Use delivery vehicle responsibly and courteously • Perform other duties as required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities • Communications – Customer & Co-Workers • Basic construction knowledge • Good mechanical aptitude • Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision. • Ability to handle and resolve recurring problems. • Maintain professional business appearance and work with professional manners • Team Player • Special Requirements: Flexible hours and overnight traveling may be required to support our satellite offices and customers. Examples: After 5:00pm, holidays, weekends……..ect as requested by Operations Manager.
