Looking for a 1099 handyman. Knowledgeable in carpentry, painting, window and door install, tiling, drywall. Basic knowledge of plumbing - can use a rodding machine, basic knowledge of electrical. Must be detail oriented, take directions well, be able to lift 50 lbs. The job is with an established Property Management company with a very skilled team of craftsmen. Must have valid drivers license and transportation. Must have a basic set of tools.
