Lost geman shepherd

There is a lost German Shepherd wandering the neighborhood and the square block between 5th Street and 2nd Street and Robert Martinez and Pedernales. Seems very scared and lost was seen yesterday Tuesday October 27th and then again this morning after the storm seems very frightened and hungry. I've tried to follow and catch but it's very frightened and in flight. I've seen it up and down my street which is Santa Rosa runs parallel to 5th. If anyone knows anything about this dog please reply.
