we are a 3-piece metal/prog/rock/whatever band. we have 3-4 songs basically done and another 3-4 we are working on completing. we are all in our 30s-40s and have families and full time jobs so not looking to "make it" or anything, however it is a fairly serious outlet for us and would like to play locally and the like. practice times are tuesday and thursday from 7:15-9:15pm and we meet in pflugerville near 45/130 lyrics/lyrical ideas are mostly in place and we just need someone to sing them. we are also open to someone coming in and writing fresh melodies/lyrics, they would just need to be approved by the group. we are VERY left leaning politically and very atheist and would prefer lyrics to be based around those types of topics as well as personal but yet leaving room for interpretation. we are open to many vocal styles as long as it fits the music well...think anything soft yet harsh like tool to something growly and heavy like sepultura or something in between like mr. bungle...just be you and sing in tune and we'll be good! please reach out with a small sample or feel free to do something in top of what can be found at the link below.
