Looking for an experienced handyman to make minor miscellaneous repairs to exterior facade of a small building in Allentown. Some of the items involve; - replacing 3 pieces of aluminum on the side of the building at the 3 story level - replacing 1 piece of aluminum siding on the side of the building at the 2 story level - replacing 2-3 pieces of cedar shakes below bay window at the 2-story - replacing rooted wood around exterior windows and at the base/side of the building - building a railing on one side of rear steps(nothing facing just a couple of 2x4s) Other jobs needed as well. Will discuss later. Must have good checkable references, own transportation, tools, and ladder. I will only consider serious operators only. All fly by nights, please do not call me. Thanks.
