Job Responsibilities Design/sales: Assist in the maintenance of CRM system including jobs and opportunities Visit sites for photos/takeoffs/calculate elevations etc. Prepare base maps from site measurements and assessments Prepare concept, schematic, construction and revision drawings via CAD software. Estimating: Assist in the development of budgets, estimates and bids using company estimating system Estimate takeoffs using CAD software and Excel sheets Contacting vendors to obtain pricing for commercial estimates Construction and client administration: Assist in the preparation of job folders for Project Manager and Construction Crew. Attend Production Meetings and Project Handoff Meetings with PM Visit previous job sites to assess the health of plants for replacements.
