Maintenance Technician (Part-Time or Full-Time) Commodore Realty is seeking a Maintenance Technician for shopping centers. Part-Time or Full-Time. $15.00/hr. + overtime Positions Requirements: • Must have reliable transportation • High School Diploma or equivalent • Maintenance technician experience • Experience working with hand tools and electrical tools • Strong communication skills Positions Duties include but are not limited to: • Perform a variety of routine maintenance tasks • Handling assigned work orders • Log maintenance performed according to company guidelines • Maintaining clean work environments
