Description
After losing a substantial amount of weight, approximately ΒΌ of the originally lost weight has been "recovered." It has been a struggle to replicate the original weight reduction performance. Additional motivation is needed for this round, and perhaps integrated with an accountability factor. If there is someone in a similar situation, then perhaps some type of collaboration is indicated, sharing strategies and celebrating success. Please respond if you are interested.
