All Star Labor & Staffing is hiring for a shop in Philomath. The Auto Parts/Hardware Sales Associate is responsible for assisting customers with their auto parts or hardware questions and needs, either in-person or via telephone. Key Responsibilities: Identifying parts needed for the customer's projects using a computer and paper cataloging system looking up and Processing daily paperwork and forms. Assist wholesale and retail customers by phone, computer or walk-in with their automotive and tools/equipment needs, fill in as delivery driver as needed. Assemble custom fluid power hoses. Receives and verify incoming parts, material, and supplies; maintains stock areas. Correctly invoices and credits the customer for purchases and returns. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed, and performing any other task as described by supervisor. Must have a good understanding/background in the automotive or industrial field. Qualifications: Mechanical knowledge; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; lift 75 pounds; bend or squat to floor level shelving; climb steps or ladders, and excellent customer service skills. Required experience: At least automotive parts: 2 years. But they are willing to train the right candidate. Pay $13-$14, dependent on experience.
