Immediate Hire – Monday-Friday Positions – Day Shift Only A fast paced, high volume fulfillment/distribution center for Amen Clinic, Inc. online store. Fulfillment specialists are primarily responsible for processing and fulfilling customer orders, managing inventory levels and handling customer service shipping issues. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Perform Morning Stocking Procedures, Daily Order Pulling and End of Day clean up each day • Process and fulfill all daily internet, direct phone, Amen Clinic and event shipping orders the same day they are received unless otherwise noted by Director of Operations • Process and fulfill purchase orders within 5-7 business days unless otherwise requested by the Director of Operations • Maintain efficiencies by keeping fulfillment and warehouse product inventory and packing supplies stocked at all times according to set Stocking Rules • Assist Lead in the management of products and supplies by ordering as needed and maintaining just the right amount on hand for daily processing • Assist in handling all customer service shipping issues as they arise. Each business day must conclude with all issues resolved to the best of your ability • Run end of day procedures for UPS and UPSMI • Maintain a clean, orderly and safe work environment • Assist in distributing customer returns and/or packages received to proper person/department • Maintain confidentiality with sensitive customer information • Other duties as assigned
