Hello, Broke up with BF and finally live alone in a condo and am looking for someone to stop by and give me an estimate and advice. I want to redo a whole bunch of things in my condo. Also have a punch list of things that simply need to be fixed. Happy to pay for your time and your rate if you feel comfortable moving forward. You must be liscened since my building requires it. I’m one of those guys that is not handy otherwise I would do it myself. Feel free to send pics of your work
