Maintenance Repair Technician

Description

Perform a wide range of construction and handyman repairs for HOA properties. Experience in the HOA industry is a plus. Will primarily be working alone to complete work orders assigned each morning. *Reliable transportation/work truck is a plus but not required (company vehicle provided for on job if do not have truck). -You will be reimbursed for mileage per the California state regulations if using your own vehicle. *Must be skilled at being able to determine materials needed for the jobs assigned. *Must have basic hand tools and work boots are required. *Must have 5+ years experience or be able to prove abilities equivalent. *Must have basic knowledge of construction terminology and products. *Must be good at working independently and also be able to conduct well with others in a professional manner. Some of the trades include; Electrical, plumbing, drywall, stucco, framing, doors, tile, painting, etc. ***Welding knowledge is a plus. ***Must have driver's license. ***Must be authorized to work in the United States.
